R/E anti warrior
Is the last thing you often see before dying (assuming you usualy rely on your teamates to live in this situation) a warrior charging at you? Not me.
My R/E is only lvl 13 and I dont play that often, but I use:
1. dual shot
2. troll ungent
3. gale
4. kindle arrows
5. blank (too lazy to put something there yet)
6. Charm animal
7. comfort animal
8. predator's strike
marksmanship: 10 (end game bow)
air magic: 5 (gale never fails)
expertise/wilderness survival/beast mastery: 1-3 (b/c of 10 marksmanship)
I use gale a LOT, and by the end of the match my max energy is usually around 10 (b4 I spam it on runners). This never bothers me though, and when I end up getting druid's armour the cost of exhastion shouldnt be that bad.

You dont really have any anti-warrior skills in your setup. At this point in the game you should have throw dirt to blind warriors and pin down to cripple them.
If you are in Yaks arena then the idea is to pin down the angry warrior running straight for you while you stay at a safe distance and hurt him bad. When he gets in your face, throw dirt at him. Rinse and repeat.
Of course this doesnt work so well if he or a monk on his team has condition removal, therefore, you may want to put in a stance like whirling defence in order to evade melee and projectile attacks for a while. Not sure if you have distracting or savage shot yet but they are really fun to use, especially when the warrior goes to use his healing signet :P

sry that message was writted in haste, it is not really an anti warrior, your right, but I often find myself aggroing 2 warriors, my team will kill other 2 people, and then help me (warriors who have been on my team come straight for me). Also help your teamates with gale. Other than that, just kill the casters.
*Later on, I intent to use conjure lightning and a shocking bow string.

spam?
I dont like the idea that your build seems to focus on spamming gale, with the rest of the skills left for whatever.
Spamming gale CAN kill people easily in conjunction with damage dealers,
but in a long, drawn out battle, the exhaustion will be your defeat.
